1. Return Eligibility Conditions

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Returns accepted if:

You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The product is not opened, not used and in his original packaging intact
The return request is processed within 30 days following the order receipt

Products not eligible for return:

Supplements open or in use
Articles returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
Products indicated as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

Contact us by email at [email protected] indicating:
- Your order number
- The return reason
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will send you the return instructions.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will proceed to a refund or to a replacement, depending on the case.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
Refunds are processed on the initial payment method within a timeframe of 5 to 10 business days after validation of the return
