Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

The estimated delivery time is of 4 to 20 business days.

We deliver to Luxembourg as well as to certain international destinations. Availability and delivery times are indicated during payment.

Customs, taxes, and duties

All prices on nutricity.lu include applicable taxes and import duties, if any. In most cases, no additional charges will be applied at delivery.

Damaged, lost, or incomplete shipments

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incomplete, we are here to help you:

Damaged articles: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost package: If the tracking doesn't show any updates or if the package isn't delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer service.
Missing articles: Report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a reshipment without additional charges.
