Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity, we strive to process and ship orders quickly to ensure the best possible delivery times. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Deadline

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours following their validation.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service within this deadline using the contact information below.
• If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before order shipment, a full refund will be carried out on the initial payment method.

Cancellation after 24 hours

• After 24 hours, orders are usually being processed or already shipped.
• In this case, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• You can however refuse delivery during the delivery of the package.
• Once the package has been refused and returned to its original condition, we will proceed with a refund of product amount only, excluding delivery costs.

Important information

• Refunds are processed on the Payment method used during the order.
• The Shipping costs are not refundable for canceled orders after the 24-hour deadline or in case of delivery refusal.
• If the returned item is not in its original condition, some stock return delivery costs can be applied.
