Place it in a microwave-safe container. 2) Initial Heating: Microwave on Low/Medium power for 30 seconds (temperature must remain below 50°C). 3) Rest & Distribute: Allow the pack to rest for 30 seconds, then gently massage it to ensure even heat distribution. 4) Reheat if Needed: Continue heating in 5–10 second intervals, with equal resting time after each cycle, until the desired warmth is reached. 5) Safety Warning: Do not exceed 50°C. Overheating may cause damage or bursting.
- Important Note: Cold Therapy: 1) Freeze for at least 2 hours, stored flat. 2) Always wrap in a towel before applying to prevent frostbite. 3) Apply 15–20 minutes max. 4) Wait 1–2 hours before reapplying. 5) Stop use if skin shows redness, discoloration, or numbness.
