- USAGE 1 - Freeze the Ice Gel pack in the freezer overnight for a minimum of 48 hours. Apply the frozen gel packs with the help of a Cloth Napkin to the affected area for no more than 20 minutes. Use a cloth napkin between the Ice Gel pack and Skin contact area. If pain continues or swelling occurs, consult a doctor. Ideal to be used on back, knees, elbow, neck and ankles.
