Safety Information:
Hot Therapy – Hot Water Method. Boil 4–5 L of water on medium flame, then turn off the stove and take off Utensil from stove Place the pack in hot water for 2–3 minutes. Remove carefully and wrap in a towel before applying to avoid burns. Hot Therapy – Microwave Method. Prepare: Lay the pack flat with the gel evenly spread. Place it in a microwave-safe container. Initial Heating: Microwave on Low/Medium power for 30 seconds (temperature must remain below 50°C). Rest & Distribute: Allow the pack to rest for 30 seconds, then gently massage it to ensure even heat distribution. Reheat if Needed: Continue heating in 5–10 second intervals, with equal resting time after each cycle, until the desired warmth is reached. Safety Warning: Do not exceed 50°C. Overheating may cause damage or bursting. Cold Therapy Freeze for at least 2 hours, stored flat. Always wrap in a towel before applying to prevent frostbite. Apply 15–20 minutes max. Wait 1–2 hours before reapplying. Stop use if skin shows redness, discoloration, or numbness.
