1. While the Instant Cold Pack is still in the bag, fold it in half to pop the inner pouch to activate 2. Shake pack to complete activation 3. Tear open the bag and remove the instant ice pack 4. Peel off paper strip to reveal adhesive 5. Apply cold therapy for no longer than 20 minutes 6. Discard used pack in the proper receptacle.
