Adults and children 4 or more years of age, take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Note: The capsules will turn yellow within months of manufacturing. The color change is normal and is a result of pure ascorbic acid reacting with the gelatin. Please rest assured that the product is just as good.
