Himalayan salt inhalation – Halotherapy – is well known for hundreds of years in Ayurvedic medicine to provide benefits for respiratory health, mucus buildup and breathing. We combined this amazing health benefit with Peppermint for breathing and energizing, Eucalyptus for strong respiratory support, Rosemary for sinus congestion, Ravintsara and Myrtle for its full respiratory properties. In addition to breathing due to the peppermint and eucalyptus oil menthol content, there are four additional oils infused into our salt for your respiratory health. To get the most benefit inhale slowly and separately with each nostril, while holding the other nostril closed for at least 5-10 minutes.
