Ingrédients
Maca root-Lepidium peruvianum, Ashwagandha root-Withania somnifera, Rhodiola rosea root, Stevia leaf extract-Stevia rebaudiana, Deionized water, vegetable glycerin, vanilla natural flavor, essential oils of cinnamon, cardamom, fennel
Directions
Shake well before using. Adults: 1 teaspoon, up to twice daily for 2 weeks during times of extra stress. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of warm or cool water, or to taste as a tasty herbal tea. May also be taken undiluted.
