PER DOSE: L-Theanine 300 mg // Microencapsulated fish oil (anchovy, sardine, mackerel, herring) 450 mg. // Scullcap (4:1 Aerial parts extract equivalent to 150 mg,) 37.5 mg. // Vitamin C 3 mg. // Other ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule) and L-Leucine.
Directions
RECOMMENDED DOSE GENERAL ADULT USE: Take 3 capsules daily at least 10 minutes before breakfast. // CHILDREN BASED ON WEIGHT: OVER 100 pounds - take 3 capsules daily. UNDER 100 pounds - take 2 capsules daily. // NOTE: Capsules can be opened and added to liquids or non-sugar apple sauce. // IMPORTANT: When taking LTO3, and for one hour after, do not take sugar or any dairy product. Sugar cancels the benefits of LTO3. Dairy products leave a thin film on the intestine that prevents absorption.
