Methyl-Life’s product, B-Methylated-II is a lozenge meant to be taken sublingually (or absorbed through the mouth).
It has the most biologically active forms of B-9 Methylfolate (often denoted as L-MTHF, 5-MTHF, or L-5-MTHF) and B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) that you can get.
They are the ‘already converted’ forms of the vitamins that are immediately ready for the body’s cells to use directly.
The lozenge is most effective when absorbed through the mouth because B12 does not absorb well via the gut.
B12 absorption is maximized when taken sublingually.
Methyl-Life’s B-Methylated II bottle of 90 tablets is one of the most cost-effective versions of lozenge Methylfolate/Methylcobalamin available over-the-counter today.
Please Note: We are now using the Magnafolate-C® form of methylfolate in this product, which is more identical to the pharmaceutical version of methylfolate.

Safety Information
If you are an over-methylator, have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Fibromyalgia, Methylfolate 10 may not be right for you. Talk to your doctor. Some people may experience side effects from taking too much methylfolate. Time-released Niacin or Nicotinic Acid have been recommended to combat some of these ‘over-methylation’ reactions.
